Due Diligence

BakerRisk's personnel serve on client Due Diligence teams analyzing data room documents and conducting field site assessments. Particular emphasis is placed upon identifying major risk and regulatory compliance issues. Order-of-magnitude estimates of the costs associated with identified improvements needed are prepared and provided to the client as part of the assessment report.
