BakerRisk has leveraged our 40+ years of experience on hundreds of accident investigations, full-scale testing programs, and industry knowledge to develop a suite of software tools to address client needs across a range of consequence and risk related areas. Built on a common platform, our software programs are designed to leverage input and results from one study to another. By leveraging common data across multiple projects, we save time and resources providing our clients with high value at significant cost savings.

SafeSite3G© is utilized by our consultants to perform consequence analysis studies for onshore facilities (new and existing), offshore facilities, and transportation routes. SafeSite3G© is a comprehensive consequence analysis software capable of simulating chemical discharge, dispersion, pool spread and volatilization, jet and pool fires, vapor cloud explosions, and vulnerability during fire, toxic, and explosion events.

QRATool© is a quantitative risk assessment software that seamlessly interacts with SafeSite3G© to determine risk. QRATool© combines initiating event frequencies, ignition probabilities, weather distribution probabilities, and occupancy data with consequence data (fires, explosions, and toxic vulnerabilities) to efficiently generate associated risk for your facility. Our consultants utilize QRATool© to evaluate and prioritize risks of potential consequences from fires, explosions, and toxic hazards.

HACTool© is our hazardous area classification (HAC) software developed to automate HAC studies and apply detailed methodologies to achieve a well-documented study using a cost savings approach while still ensuring HAC compliance. HACTool© models individual scenarios resulting in flammable releases delivering numerous client advantages.

BakerRisk’s PHA-Tool© is a comprehensive software suite designed to help facilitators efficiently conduct a process hazard analysis using various methodologies including HAZOP, LOPA, HAZID, FMEA, What If, DHA, and more. Developed by our in-house PHA experts, our tool aids clients in meeting specific corporate standards and regulations while offering an intuitive, user-friendly experience.

Our consultants perform fire and gas detection mapping to ensure that releases at your facility are detected early to prevent an incident from occurring. Using F>ool©, our consultant develops a detailed and defensible layout for fire, flammable gas, toxic gas, and acoustic detectors to detect potential releases within a process area at your facility.

FireHAT© is our proprietary Fire Hazard Analysis software, an innovative modeling tool used to support our Fire Hazard and Mitigation Analysis (FHMA) studies. The objective of a FHMA is to perform a comprehensive evaluation of potential, credible fire scenarios that the site would be expected to respond to and successfully control.

CATree© is an easy to use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) software provides a systematic, consistent, repeatable process to identify a wide range of potential causes. CATree© is unique in that these causes cover not only the regulated elements of process safety and occupational safety health and environment, but also the additional elements in risk-based process safety (RBPS) including safety culture, tools and equipment, the life cycle of engineering projects, and human factors.

BakerRisk’s proprietary MaxLoss© software allows users to efficiently and accurately determine the potential maximum loss event for a facility based on a variety of user-defined potential loss scenarios. The tool provides an easy and consistent process to quantify property damage loss potentials as a function of potential credible events on site.
