  • Basics of the fire triangle (for liquids/gas), dust explosion pentagon (for dust), and material properties
  • Regulatory and industry guidance for completing an HAC study
  • Hands-on workshop on performing a HAC study with NFPA 497
  • Building design related to HAC (e.g. analyzer buildings, control rooms, electrical MCCs, shelter-in-place buildings)
