We are officially 100% ESOP Owned! We met our goal set out in 2013 when we founded the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) with partial ESOP ownership.
The BakerRisk ESOP was formed to assure stability of the company, retain its independence, and preserve our unique culture of innovation and exceptional client services.
This great milestone in our company history has been accomplished thanks to the efforts of each employee and self-sacrificing shareholders who together have secured BakerRisk’s future. With the formation of the ESOP, we have fortified our company in a major way by providing an ownership model to support our employees for generations to come.
