BakerRisk is pleased to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ENPPI was signed on June 17, 2025. The partnership was established to strengthen technical collaboration in the areas of risk management and engineering, incorporating service area capabilities such as incident investigation, hazard analysis, and process safety studies.

Enppi and BakerRisk will utilize their distinct resources by collaborating in the following technical services areas: asset integrity management, process safety management, project management consultancy services, and engineering consultancy services. Their technical expertise will be utilized to support alliance projects, ultimately raising safety standards and localizing modern technology to strengthen Egypt’s energy sector.

This goal is also aimed at supporting Enppi’s vision to fortify its international partnerships and leverage global expertise to support future projects throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Both entities will cooperate on a non-exclusive basis within the region, where projects will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

“This partnership symbolizes our commitment to put forward our strengths, incorporating our unique technical resources and capabilities by working together to support alliance projects that will inspire an impactful transformation to Egypt’s energy sector,” said Wayne Repich, Global Director, Business Development and Marketing Communications at BakerRisk.

The MOU was signed by Enppi Chairman & CEO Wael Lotfy Moustafa and Mr. Repich.
