Mary McDaniel joins BakerRisk's Investigations & Materials Team

BakerRisk is pleased to announce that Mary McDaniel has joined our firm as a Principal Engineer.  Mary brings 27 years of experience working for the Texas Railroad Commission as Director of the Pipeline Safety Division, and seven years with PHMSA in the Houston office as Operations Supervisor.

Mary is a chemical engineer with experience in all aspects of pipeline safety including construction inspections, compliance inspections, monitoring compliance actions, incident investigations, and developing advisory bulletins and rulemaking recommendations.  She is also very well versed in the mechanical integrity of pipeline systems, both from investigating failures and reviewing company  integrity management programs.

Mary has provided valuable input and recommendations while serving on industry and regulatory committees, including the Operator Qualification, Gas Integrity Management and Underground Natural Gas Storage committees.  She is a poised speaker and has educated all levels of industry and regulatory personnel on the scope and application of the federal and state pipeline safety regulations.  Mary will be supporting our clients with services in auditing, technical consulting, compliance, integrity and safety programs, and expert testimony.  For more information on BakerRisk services, please contact our San Antonio headquarters office (210-824-5960) or email BakerRisk: ContactUs@BakerRisk.com.
