Privacy Policy

The website provides email capability to send BakerRisk an email. BakerRisk will use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. BakerRisk does not guarantee information sent via email is secure against interception. Therefore, BakerRisk suggests that you do not send sensitive personal data via email. BakerRisk has set up a secure merchant account to accept credit card payments for training course registration. No credit card information will be stored by BakerRisk.

Registration, Substitution, and Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees include course materials (electronic or hard copies, depending on course format you are taking) and a course certificate of attendance upon course completion. All participants are responsible for their own hotel, airfare, and other related travel expenses. If you are attending a full day training in person, lunch will be provided.
• All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to BRLearningCenter@BakerRisk.com.
• Substitutions are permitted at any time. If you need to substitute a participant, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the course start date so that we can ensure they have necessary course materials and access (if attending virtually).
• Cancellation by Attendees:
  • Cancellations received more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Alternatively, you are also welcome to transfer your registration once to a future course date or provide a substitution for the course with no administrative fee if taken within 12 months of initial course date.
  • Cancellations received 7 days or less before the course start date are non-refundable. Alternatively, you are also welcome to transfer your registration once to a future course date or provide a substitution for the course with no administrative fee.
• No shows will not be provided a refund for the course.
• Cancellation by BakerRisk:
  • If BakerRisk must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, registrants will receive a full refund or option to attend a future course date with no additional charges. BakerRisk cannot assume responsibility for penalties that arise from canceled travel plans.
• BakerRisk reserves the right to decline attendance to participants due to conflicts of interest and will issue a full refund of the registration fee in those cases
