Incident Investigations
Presented on December 9, 2025, at 1 p.m. EEST / 10 a.m. GMT / 5 a.m. CST
Thorough and effective investigations of what happened and why are essential for organizations and the industry to learn from and prevent recurrence of incidents. Join BakerRisk consultants Roger Stokes, C.Eng., FIChemE, and Rob Magraw, M.S., as they deliver an introduction to incident investigations, a critical aspect of Process Safety Management (PSM). Our experts will emphasize the importance of determining “what” happened before diving into “why” and discuss root causes of incidents through an engaging case study.
